Strategic Product & Design Leader | d.MBA | Enterprise Platform Transformation
I'm a Product Designer with over a decade of experience helping organisations make sense of complexity — across enterprise SaaS, financial services, and developer tooling.
I do my best work when the problem is messy and the stakes are high. Ambiguous briefs, competing priorities, organisations mid-transformation — that's where I tend to find clarity that others miss.
I hold a Design MBA (d.MBA) because I think the best design work is inseparable from business strategy. If you can't connect it to value, it won't survive a boardroom. It sharpened how I think about tradeoffs, cost, and what it actually takes to get good design to stick.
People matter to me as much as the work itself. I've spent a lot of time mentoring designers, getting involved in hiring, and trying to be the kind of leader I wish I'd had earlier. If you want to talk design, strategy, or just swap notes — I'm always up for it.
Design Pillars
How I approach every problem
01
AI & Agentic Workflows
Deep-diving into agentic orchestration — designing human-in-the-loop systems that keep people in control while automating the cognitive overhead that slows them down.
02
Strategic ROI
I treat design as a commercial lever. Every decision is anchored in unit economics — reducing time-to-value, increasing adoption, and creating measurable outcomes for the business.
03
System at Scale
I create design operations infrastructure — component libraries, design tokens, accessibility frameworks — that lets teams move fast without breaking consistency.
04
Evidence-Based Design
I've led 200+ user interviews and embedded research into every phase of design. Every significant decision is validated before it ships, meeting WCAG 2.2 AA standards throughout.

Beyond Work
A bit about me
"Let all that you do be done in love."
1 Corinthians 16:14
At 18, I packed up and moved to Germany alone — an experience that shaped everything about how I approach the world. It taught me resilience, adaptability, and the value of genuinely connecting with people who see things differently than you do.
Outside of work, I prioritise time with my family — especially on weekends. I serve at my local church, which brings me a lot of joy, and I train at the gym regularly or get out for a run when I need to switch off completely. I also find myself deeply immersed in a LEGO build sometimes, analysing brick by brick, or down a documentary rabbit hole with a very good coffee in hand.
